If you only have a small space to work with, there are still dozens of amazing DIY homework stations that your kids will love and also won’t break the bank!

There are two major reasons why the trend of the homework station is picking up right now. One: more kids are online learning. Two: we realize they need their own designated space to take things seriously.

With this realization it’s no wonder we want to create something special for our kids that will help them stay successful in their education. I’m sure many people would love to create an entire room dedicated to homework, learning, arts, and crafts, but the truth is not everyone has this option.

Good news for you is that you can still create these amazing and inspiring homework stations in small spaces. People have found the perfect balance between fun and functional.

You will be surprised how people managed to create DIY homework stations in the smallest areas of their home that are not lacking anything a child would need to succeed.

If you’ve been worrying how you’re going to pull your homework station off or just in need of some inspiration, you’ve made it to the right place. Below are the 10 best DIY homework stations for small spaces!

09 | A SIMPLE DUO

10 | UTILIZE THE MOST UNLIKELIEST OF PLACES

We always think we need an entire room for a home work station/office. In reality if you’re short on space you still will be able to get very creative. If a space is big enough for a chair then it’s big enough for a desk, some shelves, and a lot of creativity! Check out these brilliant examples below of how these people made the best use of the space that they had.

From corner desks to unused spaces, you can create the prefect DIY homework station with the space you have.

All you got to do is get a little creative!
